We always aim to carry out a full site survey of your existing floor, establishing what you would like to achieve and guiding you through the available choices of coverings. We can provide samples to you, free of charge.

We can advise on ‘problem floors’. If you have an issue with your current flooring, we can detail and determine whether its possible to repair or whether you require a full replacement.

We will produce an accurate quotation, which we will uphold. We will only ever give you an ‘estimate of costs’ if we are unable to determine what sub-floor requirements are necessary prior to lifting a floor.
